Economic Development Program

The program is to educate individuals and communities to improve small and medium business ideas and strategies. The program is aimed at promote small business and to increase household incomes.
  • Housing Program
The Housing Program is currently funded by Northside Housing Collaborative (NHC) and worked collaboratively with different community members, such as Bosnian, Cambodian, Chinese, Croatian, Ethiopian, Gujarati, Hindi, Korean, Laotian, Spanish, Serbian, and Urdu Community.

All nine collaborative team members will collectively extend their resources and other wrap around services to struggling homeowners and prospective buyers. 

The Northside Housing Collaborative (NHC) is a team based housing counseling program, providing HUD Certified foreclosure prevention counseling, pre-purchase housing counseling, and pro bono legal assistance and litigation support services to mainstream and diverse, undeserved population in Chicago and surrounding suburban areas.

All NHC services are free of charge.
