Mrs. Saroeun Soeun, Health Outreach Director: She received High School Diploma,Evanston Township high School, Evanston, Illinois in 1988. Wibur Wright College, Chicago, Illinois general courses in 1989. She has worked for the Cambodian Association of Illinois since1992. 

Her responsible for health and helped client for to apply for Public benefit. SNAP/Medicaid/Medicare/All Kids/SSA/SSI and retirement benefit .


Ms. Tola Chhuon, Supervisor of Senior Home Care Program in Chicago: She received BA in Pedagogy in 2003, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. 

She has worked at CAI since 2007.



Mrs. Sokhom Nuth, Accountant and Senior Home Care Supervisor: She received High School Diploma, Battambang, Cambodia in 1975. She came to USA 1981 as Killing Field Survivor. 


She has 25 year experiences in the fiElds of accounting and bookkeeping.


Ms. Kaoru Watanabe, Assistant Director: I received BS in nursing from St. Luke's College of Nursing, Tokyo, Japan and MS from the University of Illinois at Chicago. 


She is working on Ph.D.


Mr. Sen Chey, Senior Home Care Director: He received High School Diploma, Svay Rieng, Cambodia in 1964. He is a killing Field Survivor, came to the United States in 1981 living in Albany Park, Chicago, IL 60625. 

He has worked at CAI since 1987 as Senior Program coordinator.


Mr. Samedi Chea, Housing Counselor and Mediator: He received his degree of Bachelor of the Arts degree in Cambodian and French Languages from Phnom Penh College in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. 


As a Cambodian living in the United States, he is dedicated to helping new arrivals acclimate to     live in America, including acquiring necessary social service provisions, housing, medical care, and employment.


Chhun Singha, the In-home Care Supervisor of the In-home Service of the Sate-funded Community Care Program that enables the Senior Older Adults to remain in their home when placing in a nursing home is not necessary. Chhun is responsible for a success of the program by ensuring that all the clients receive a quality of service and that the program complies with its policies and regulation in an effective and efficient manner. He received B.SC. in Agronomy, Phnom Penh, Cambodia and completed a one year Graduate Study and Professional Development program from University of Minnesota, USA in 2009.
