Board of Directors

The CAI's Board of Directors consists of at least seven and at most 15 members, all of whom are Cambodian-American. The CAI's Board of Directors is truly multi-generational and mixed gender. Its members include older Cambodian-Americans who lived and survived from the civil war, the Khmer Rouge regime, the fight for refugee camps, and resettlement in the U.S.

As of term of 2014 – 2015, the Board of Directors consists of eight members:
1)    Mr. Sophorn Jeff Loeung, President of the Board of Directors 

2)    Paul Chhorm, 1st Vice President 

3)   Ms. Vany Wells, 2nd Vice President 

4)    Mr. Chou Sith, Treasurer  

5) Thavrin Chong, Secretary (Interim)

6)  Saravuth Nop, Board Member

7) Rithipol Khem, Board Member

8) Narth Tan, Board Member
